I'm Helen, I am the founder and reflexologist at HKReflexology. I studied at the London School of Reflexology and qualified in February 2022. I am in awe of the power and impact reflexology can have on our health and well being.

Types of Reflexology

Foot Reflexology

Applying pressure to points on the feet which correlate to the organs in the body to bring about a state of deep relaxation, encourages the body's own self-healing process, and helps to bring about a state of deep relaxation.

Hand Reflexology

If feet aren't your thing, reflexology can be equally as beneficial on the hands. A similar process of applying pressure to points on the hands, a surprisingly relaxing treatment.

Facial Reflexology

Gentle pressure is applied to different points and zones on the face. Facial reflexology encourages healthy blood flow and stimulates collagen and elastin which can reduce the appearance of fine lines
